Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Your adventure-ready gear should fit perfectly and perform flawlessly – if it doesn’t, we’ll make it right.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or final sale items unless faulty. All other products from our collections (blouses, button-up shirts, long sleeves, t-shirts, tracksuit trousers, and walking trousers) are eligible for returns.

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange

- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Pack items securely in their original packaging with all tags attached. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Upon receipt and inspection (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your request:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. International refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval. Standard shipping fees apply for replacement items.
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For exchanges to different products, price differences will be calculated and charged/refunded accordingly.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

International Returns
For our global customers outside the UK, please note:
- Mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
